- Scale: The project encompassed a significant area of 36,000 square feet, with 17,154 square feet dedicated to the 9th floor and 18,736 square feet to the 10th floor.
- Office Spaces: Numerous enclosed office spaces were designed and constructed, offering private and efficient workspaces for staff.
- Lobby Areas:The facility includes dedicated lobby areas, designed to facilitate seamless navigation and accessibility, as well as provide welcoming entrances.
- Lecture Rooms:We built advanced lecture rooms, enhancing the educational experience with well-equipped and purpose-built spaces for effective teaching.
- Study Areas:Comfortable and quiet study areas were constructed specifically for students, offering them a conducive environment for focused learning and collaborative work.
