Client: R.P. Brennan
Architect: Tuller/McNealus/Feld
Square Footage: 6,750 SF
R.P. Brennan converted a full floor of blank office space into a modern company office at 29 West 36th Street. Rather than building new, R.P. Brennan chose to renovate a 6,750 SF space, which had been vacant previously.
The project consists of the buildout of progressive working space with glass walls for privacy, inspiring common spaces, and all the comforts of traditional offices. The scope of work includes the construction of new partitions, light fixtures, power and communication fixtures, and millwork. It also includes new finishes such as carpet, wall coverings and paint.
