Brennan, Inc., General Contractors & Construction Managers, with a long-standing relationship with the real estate owner/developer Jack Resnick & Sons, has been selected as Construction Manager for a phased renovation and refurbishment program at the 482 unit, 44-story luxury residential apartment building known as Symphony House, designed by the iconic architecture firm of Emery Roth & Sons, and at the 310 unit, 30-story luxury residential apartment building known as Gracie Mews.
